General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Identification of the Seller

The seller is Bazinga Agency SRL, a company governed by Belgian law, with its registered office located at Avenue Henri de Brouckère, 66 box 2, 1160 Auderghem (Brussels), Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE0652901159 (hereinafter referred to as “Sobooth.com” or “the Seller”).

Article 2: Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) define the terms and conditions governing the sale of products and services offered by Sobooth.com to any professional or individual buyer.

Article 3: Products and Services

Sobooth.com offers for sale photo booths and the accessories required for their operation (photo paper, ink ribbons, etc.). The company also provides training on their use and a technical support service.

Article 4: Prices

All prices are stated in euros, exclusive of VAT, and are those in effect at the time the order is placed.

Article 5: Intra-Community VAT

  • Reverse Charge: The buyer is responsible for the reverse charge of VAT in their country.
  • Documentation: The buyer must provide a valid VAT number.
  • Invoicing: Invoices are issued excluding VAT.
  • Liability: The seller is not liable for any tax errors committed by the buyer.
  • Verification: The seller reserves the right to verify the validity of the VAT number provided.

Article 6: Orders

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 7: Delivery

  • Address: Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Buyer.
  • Lead Times: Delivery times are provided for information only and are not contractually binding.

Article 8: Payment

Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer or credit card. For orders exceeding €2,000 excl. VAT, payment must be made by bank transfer only.

Article 9: Warranty

  • Duration: One-year warranty from the date of delivery.
  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, consumables, third-party software.
  • Implementation: Repair or replacement subject to verification of the fault.

Article 10: After-Sales Service

  • Warranty for conformity and hidden defects.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (except in case of replacement or repair).

Article 11: Liability

The seller’s liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages. The seller shall not be held liable for:

  • Improper use
  • External damage
  • Lack of training
  • Software issues
  • Loss of data
  • Commercial losses

Article 12: Training

Training sessions are billed at €50/hour and must be booked in advance. Training is not included in the product price.

Article 13: Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Article 14: Force Majeure

The seller shall not be held liable for any delays caused by events of force majeure.

Article 15: Technical and Software Support

Technical support is available by appointment only, between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Rate: €50 excl. VAT per hour. No urgent or off-schedule interventions will be provided.

Article 16: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Belgian law shall apply. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels or the Brussels-Capital Region.
